Dr. Ahmed Hassan is a distinguished scholar of Islamic Studies and a leading academic
voice in contemporary Seerah scholarship. Serving as the Vice President of Seerat
Research Foundation, he plays a pivotal role in guiding the institution’s intellectual
vision, research initiatives, and global outreach efforts.
He holds a Ph.D. in Islamic Studies and serves as a respected Professor at Iqra
University, where he has supervised numerous research projects and mentored emerging
scholars in the fields of Qur’anic sciences, Hadith, Islamic law, and classical
theology. His academic depth is complemented by his traditional grounding in the
Islamic sciences; he completed the Dars-e-Nizami curriculum and subsequently pursued
Takhassus (Specialization) in Islamic Jurisprudence, earning advanced expertise
in fiqh, usul al-fiqh, and comparative Islamic law.
In addition to his academic stature, Dr. Ahmed Hassan is a recognized spiritual
guide, having received Khilāfah in the Naqshbandiyah Mujadidyah Sufi order. This
spiritual lineage enriches his scholarship with depth, balance, and insight, enabling
him to engage both the intellectual and spiritual dimensions of Islamic learning.
